The First Wave of ICT
The first wave or the first quarter of ICT has come to an end. I can’t
say if it’s easy, I can’t also say if it’s hard but the important to me is the
lessons I learned and the memories I unlocked during this journey. In this
quarter, I learned many things including the timeline of the internet which helped
me recognize the rapid pace of technological advancement, the challenges and
breakthroughs along the way, and the potential future directions of the
internet. Another, I learned how to create a blog account and also publishing
some things. Additionally, I learned on the uses of the internet, the different
data types and protocols. Lastly, I learned how to use a proper citation which
will help me to avoid plagiarisms.
In this first journey I
also faced some challenges. Using proper citation for me at first is tricky.
Another is the lacked of time finishing the activities, by the many school
works to do on other subject and I can’t find some time to finish some activities
in ICT.
To overcome these
challenges, I focused on improving my time management by creating a weekly
schedule and breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps. I also set aside
focused time for ICT activities, ensuring steady progress while balancing other
schoolwork. This
challenges did not stop me from continuing. I used those challenges as a
defense and motivation on the challenges I will be facing.
